is a rounded workout sure to get your blood flowing and energy levels bouncing. It consists
of 20min of Cardio stamina building endurance, 20min of strength conditioning and toning and
20min of stretching and flexing to work your entire body, burn fat, increase fitness levels and sculpt
and tone the whole body.
When it comes to exercise, there's a huge focus on cardio as it burns calories, helps to reduce
stress and helps to lose or maintain your weight. These are all great benefits for you but it’s not
the only exercise your body needs. It is also important to strength train your body to increase your
metabolism and tone your muscles, not forgetting how important stretching is to increase flexibility
and prevent injury. This all in one group class is suitable for all levels. There is great variation to each
workout every week so no one class will be the same.
